Yoga with Lisa

1st & 3rd Thursdays | 10:00 a.m.

Join Pastor Lisa for yoga, community, and giggles!

In this class, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. This all-levels yoga class is free and open to the public. We have mats for those who don't; props are encouraged.

Must sign a liability waiver.

Jean Guy facilitates a free Qigong Class on the first and 3rd Wednesdays of the month from 11 to 11:45 am. Qigong is a moving meditation practice that uses intention, breath, and vibration to improve energy flow and relieve stress in our bodies, minds, and spirits. Comfortable clothes.
